Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to items, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method.
Free shipping applies to:
- Cyprus on all orders
- Greece on orders above €30
- Orders from other european countries over €80
Shipping Rates
- Cyprus – Free on all orders
- Greece – Under €30: €5.00
- All other european countries – Under €80: €5.00
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We hope you love every aqba product, but we understand everyone’s taste is different.
⚠️ For health and safety reasons, we do not process returns or exchanges.
For a replacement or refund, email us at [email protected] with the following:
- Your order number
- Email used for the purchase
- Reason for the request
If your order total was over €80, you’ll be responsible for shipping unopened/unused items back to us.
All requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Aqba offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Aqba or authorized retailers. Warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 15 days from the purchase date or as permitted by law. This does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized distributors.

Third-Party Retailer Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product purchased from one of our retailers, please return it directly to that store with your proof of purchase.
